Get to know Margreta
Margreta lives in Warrenton, VA with her husband, 2 dogs and 2 cats. She is certified in Equine Assisted Learning by the OK Corral series, but not practicing in taht modality currently. She enjoys horseback riding, singing, reading and hiking in the Northeast USA. Margreta was a military dependent for 10 years and understands military families. She has lived and worked in 9 different states and visited many others. She would love to talk to you about your life experiences and what makes you uniquely you.

Yes, Margreta works through Alma at helloalma.com to take many major insurance plans .
Yes, insurance is not necessary to access mental health care. You may pay by credit card on the Alma website without using your insurance.
We will decide together how long we will meet. Margreta likes to work with most clients for about 10 - 20 sessions, but longer is OK too, if you prefer.
Margreta is pro-LGTBQ+ and will support clients from any background in their personal growth. She is a progression chrisian who strives to support the dignity of every human being. Margreta is a seminary student at Virginia Theological Seminary, and as such, is very comfortable taking a pastoral approach in therapy. She will not bring up faith approaches unless you do, you are in charge of your experience.
Margreta does not offer crisis intervention services. For life threatening emergencies outside of therapy, call 911. For acute mental health support, call 988. Margreta is not prepared to testify in court, nor does she offer any professional services outside virtual mental health appointments.
